Default Which exhuast is less of a hastle?

I know it's been done to death on here which one is the best, and they all seem to be pretty good. What's the deal with repacking? Do all systems require this? Do I need to send it in to be repacked? I am looking for something pretty quiet and that is simple to install. I'm looking at the Muzzy full system, or Big Gun Evo R. FMF and two brothers seem pretty nice too. Basically whatever is on sale, is easy to install, comes with a silencer insert or has one cheaply available is perfect. I'm also thinking it may be cheaper getting a header separate from fourstrokeworks.biz.

The big gun matches the red 09 the best...

and i just realized i spelled hassle wrong...oh well

.

By the time you'll need to have it repacked you'll be tired of the KLX and sell it and wind up buying something else.

The only one I know of that doesn't need any repacking is the Staintune. Available as a silencer only or a full system. Made of stainless steel.

I like the HMF w/ an FMF powerbomb header personally. it fit well was cheap and i believe a quiet tip for it is 25 bucks. it isnt that loud w/o it though. the quietest to my understanding is the FMF, Im sure someone will chime in if im wrong though.

Had money not been an issue i would of bought the muzzy!

There all nice, but I'm sure the exhaust king will throw his 2 cents in IMO.

Do you mean the guy who for ages told us all that the Big Gun system was far better than anything else, then bought a Muzzy?

lmao, I'm blushing japanman. anyways, if you could've picked up the full Muzzy I did for a $100 you would've too.

the biggun fits the best, hands down. the fmf is supposedly quiet, but it is huge and looks totally out of place on the bike IMO. the muzzy and biggun ooze of horsepower and sound like a race 450. the 2-bros., while a nice unit, they can't seem to remember to ship every part to make it work plus it's a slip-on and you'll still be stuck with the tiny oem header. the hmf has terrible fitment stories plastered around here. the muzzy will probably last the longest simply because it's stainless but so are the new BG EvoR's. take your pick, but make sure you look at pictures around here of each one to see if you like how they look on your bike.
I've had a EvoX on my '06 KLX250S, and now a Muzzy on my red '09. the silver of the Muzzy looks quite quaint next to the red but the red emblem on the BG would look sweet too. good luck.

check out motorcycleparts.biz for the BG. they're the cheapest for BG.

SPIT!! to ya guys.
