An energy drink without sugar is a stimulant.
Caffeine or what ever.
The sugar is the energy.

Putting aside diabetes and tooth decay for a minute, sugar is fine as long as you burn it up. Your body needs it if you are doing the exercise.
Dirt bike riding is good exercise so an energy drink is no issue.

As for the stimulant side of things it depends on the individual.
If your body gets used to having a stimulant, say coffee or an energy drink, then your body will miss it if you go without and you will feel slow and tired.
On the other hand if your body is not used to it then you can get a bit jittery and hyper after 1 good hit. Wired so to speak.

The jury is still out on the pros and cons of energy drinks but the general consensus is that in moderation they're OK.

BTW, vodka and red bull is good.
Until the next day that is.

My girl used to worked for Goen Technologies. You may know them as "TrimSpa"

Yes, that TrimSpa. They tried to break into this market a while back with a product that was Nascar oriented called "WinFuel"

Well, you all know how that turned out. I think there is like 2 people left in that company.

Good points, but something tells me that 50 sugar packets in one "sitting" is way too much. I guess I'm a bit tainted, I used to work with this fat kid that would drink one of those huge cans before work...and all we were doing was standing around selling electronics. I mean, have a coffee. Black. lard-***.

lol
