Nice. That's a log course for sure! I did the las vegas one in 2008 or 09 and I could do about 1/2 lap full on, after that you need arms of steel to constantly clutch it... Or a rekluse. I wasn't in any shape to race, I just wanted to try it.

They also had doubles made of logs, and I didn't have the ***** to jump those. I like the firewood section.

They shoulda had a potato section, it would mimic snow and it wouldn't melt!

Potatoes. That would be interesting, and quite messy by the last rounds.

Here's some marginal pics and vids from the phone.

Hottie start girl. She walked in front of us in the parking lot before the event.

Rocks were tough.

Wow, that's impressive. I wonder what the riders do to keep in shape for it. How much experience does it take to get that good?

They had a trials bike only run. They walked right through this stuff so easy, and SO quiet. One of the riders in the first round was a local.

I only would have had trouble on about 18 of the obstacles.

Nice! He sure made it look easy in that vid. I rode a harescramble last Nov. that had a section that had a touch of endurocross. I actually negotiated it pretty well until the second lap when i rolled backwards off the big tires and bailed, popping the clutch in the process, and flipping the bike.
Those big tires are intimidating.
