Default Eastern PA ride on 10/14

For anyone interested myself and some others will be riding the Lackawana railway trails(https://www.kawasakiforums.com/m_141.../tm.htm#141076) Here is the link from the first ride there with some pics in it. They are located close to Delaware Water Gap PA. We will set a definate time we are leaving later in the week but it will be in the AM. Anyone interested let me know and I will get directions to the meeting place. Jeff

There will be a short distance of road to get from the meeting place to the trails. Its up to you if you want to do it.

The ride would be about 50-60 miles of trail. It is an old railroad bed that has had the tracks tore up. It is not very tight technical single track. The trail is wide enough for quads, it has some whoops sections, small tree crossings, but is mostly flat and straight. There are also some trails that shoot off that could be explored if the group want.
Meeting time will be at 9:30amon RT.611 between portland and delaware watergap. There are some secnic overlooks the one that we want is "arrow island". People coming from the north should take rt80 and get off the delaware watergap exit then follow rt611 south. You can also follow rt 611 through stroudsburg and to the watergap. The overlook parking lot will then be on your right a few miles down 611. (I belive it will be the second one). Anyone that would be coming from the south via. rt22 or rt33 or rt191can pm me and I will give you directions to my house. It is on the way and will be easier to follow me to the arrow island meeting place. Meeting time at my house would be at 9:00am. Any one coming can also pm me for my phone number.
