From DynoJet:DJ jets equivalent to same # Keihin
All the comparison charts are wrong, DJ jets cannot be compared by using I.D. , no one measures them correctly due to DJ's venturi design, and I'm wasting my breath telling y'all this.
This is from a DJ jetting specialist of 20 years.
I asked because I wanted to know. But this is all the breath I'm gonna waste on the subject.

That's what I should have done. Just bought that N1TC needle, a 125 and 128 main, and duplicated what i did on my 07 bike, because it flew. Would have saved a bunch of $$ over the DJ kit, too.

I think he quipped that measuring the largest I.D. of a DJ main jet's venturi is closer to a comparable Keihin I.D.
He also said the same number DJ would be similar, in use, to a Keihin but not an exact match. We talked about a lot of stuff.. He thought my MCM, lid off bike would need a DJ136.. One of which is already on its' way to me.. I forgot to ask about the DJ needle vs the N1TC - but, to me, it is obvious that N1TC needle with Keihin jets go way richer than DJ needle + a comparable DJ main.
Any of yall can call him.. Ring up DynoJet and tell em you need to talk a jetting specialist...
