RE: DRZ may be sold!!??...
Who are you? Your not the Iowaguy I know. I know aliens stole Iowaguy and your the mild mannered replacment right?
If you had said it like that we would never have had a harsh word. Yes I know it's just your opinion just the same as this is just my opinion however if you hadn't been so dogmatic and verhment in your opinions then I'm sure no-one would have ever taken offense at the things you said.
I hope this Iowaguy sticks around for a while!!!
btwbagging out = paying out = knocking = ragging on something, take your pick
Cheers
P.S. I never called you a total dick .... just an ordinarydick, words typed in anger and I appologise.

Never realize what you had until its gone..............or some other old cliche like that. If you were going to wait why not opt for the 08 450R. Could you plate it in Iowa? I know I can't in NY[]

plating something that isn't factory dot legal in Iowa is unachievable. spending that type of cash would be going against the whole reason of liquidating my bikes right now. I'm hoping to sell both of these and buy something in the $3500-$4000 range and accepting it for what it is. With the KLX, that would be a very sweet looking bike that one can have a lot of fun on while riding on road legally. The DRZ will serve this purpose, but acquiring dirt wheels/tires is becoming harder than I suspected. Sure, I could sell the oem SM Excel wheels/tires for probably $1000 and buy some Excel rims, Suzuki hubs and some spokes and tires and probably have $200 or so leftover, but then when it came time to sell the bike, the factory wheels/tires that make the bike a SM would be gone and, well you get the idea. That's still not out, but right now I'd like to get my cash back and maybe buy something $2000 cheaper and not have the "newest, coolest thing" in my mind.

Yeah, we know!
That DRZ had such shaft snapping torque that the blood would rush from your head, but you don't have the moneyfor a g-suit, so it was time to bail.

check this out:

I made them an offer for a trade. Their bike and $2000 for my bike. This place is less than 2 miles from my house. I find it very ironic.
