Double checking OEM jet kit part #'s
16009-1912--------Needle-Jet,N1TC
92143-1667--------Needle Collar (required for N1TC needle)
92037-1401--------Clamp, Needle Jet (Clip, required for N1TC needle)
92063-1069--------#125 Main Jet
92063-1074--------#128 Main Jet
14073-1577--------Duct, Inlet (KDX200 Snorkel)
All from Ron Ayers for $63 before shipping.
Do I need anything else for the 2009 model jet kit? (besides a new pipe)
I've never even touched a carb before, but I'll be following Cyclepedia's tutorial on removal.
I'm in Austin, TX which is around 500 feet ASL I think. Flat country for the most part.

A fuel tank of gas....A cold beer afterwards and pizza...
Enjoy
Actually sounds about right...
Nice phillips head screwdriver...8mil socket/pair of needle nose and your all set...
Just watch how the spring comes out with the white plunger inside the carb...Also under the 118 jet is a brass gromet for the needle jet...Watch out if you got the 118 jet out the brass gromet could fall out and you wouldnt know...Oh and a thin straight screwdriver for the fuel air mixture...Most household screwdrivers are a tad fat....

Don't bother with the #125 main. Get a #132 and a #128.
Don't bother with the snorkel either unless your planning on some serious water crossings or deep fording.

If you consistently went with no lid at all, and then one day knew you were doing some water crossing and put on the snorkel, would you need to rejet?

More air+more fuel=more power.
You can always slip the snorkel and lid into your Camelback in case it's needed at some point. (Takes less than 2 minutes to fit it) Fitting the snorkel with the bike jetted with no lid will just make it run a little richer. No biggie!

Is the 132 main part # 92063-1076 ?
I am pretty close to sea level (~500 feet), would running the 132 all the time be overkill? I don't want to totally kill my mpg. I'm getting about 62mpg stock now.

I'm at sea level with the #138. I still get 150KM out of the main tank (14/42 gearing.)
? on the #132 part number as mine came stock. Overkill, no way.
Can anyone help je2K out with the part number?
