I don't know about the spacer off the top of my head, but I remember reading about it on some really old posts. Try searching for it in the forums

yeah, the right sprocket weirdly fits a honda xl650L or Sor something. also, a ninja 250R fits I believe. I got mine from denniskirk.com for like $13 and had it the next day.
Those ones have a built-in stand-off, right (no spacer needed)?

Frompast post I have taken a few notes as to the proper 13T sprocket.
Sprocket Specialist #514XK-13
AFAM #24502
Moose #1212-0198
I installed the Moose. If you can, I would return the sprocket you have and get one that fits. Rather than shim it to make it work.

Hey I decided to see if I could buy a 13 tooth with a shoulder built in, so I can get rid of the spacer I had to get a machine shop to make. I believe it was a 105 spacer. But I can't remember. I want to get rid of my 13 tooth because I don't like the fact that if it is loose there is going to be wear. Anyone actually have a good brand and part number for a 13 tooth with the shoulder built in? Once and for all could we get this part number posted in the sticky posts in our section?

Deej,

Unless I am missing something, I think this info is already in the Common Parts thread here: https://www.kawasakiforums.com/fb.asp?m=64862

I used the Sunstar sprocket and it works great. When I first installed it, I was afraid that the shoulder was a touch too wide because I did not get as much contact of the toothed washer as I did with the stock sprocket. I guess I just needed to snug it up with the bolt the first time, though, because on subsequent swapouts (don't ask), I have noted that it seats in just as good as the stock sprocket.

Hope this helps.
