Thanks Deej. Hey my brother wants to buy a Yamaha Xt225, I know your wife has one, what can you tell me about it? what mods to do?
She really likes the bike, and I do too. I haven't done any mods really, except the air mix screw to 3 turns out. I don't plan on doing any to the bike, as it has plenty of power for her and I don't want to mess anything up.......oh and I'm broke. How big a rider is you're brother? I think the bike in stock form is great for riders up to 200 lbs.

I think you should replace that HMF sticker on the swingarm with an old school Uni-Trak sticker. </my opinion>

He's about 180 lbs and 6', sounds like it would be a good bike for him but he left me in charge to find him a used one on Craigslist.com. There are plenty of used Serows with pink and blue Yamaha decals - I don't think so! The Xt's look better.

Hey, I just found the old style Uni-Trak decals and ordered them - but that it's, no more decals!

Sweet! I wonder how well the D-Flex handguards fit? At $55 it seems like a good investment.

I had Mooses on a DRZ, busted them off after a few drops, that bike was HEEEEAVY.
Hey, I saw your pics and noticed you had an HMF muffler. How do you like it? Did oyu mod the air and carb as well?

It's been too hot to ride and I just can't stop fooling around with the bike - Hopefully, I just got over my decal phase!
Was in Scottsdale a couple weeks ago with my brother in law, and we decided to rent some street bikes and cruise the desert. Coming from Canada, I didn't think there was such a thing as "too hot to ride". 45 degrees celcius (i think it was 117f) was I ever wrong!!! Worst pain ever, no wonder helmets aren't required

Nice job on the decals btw!!
