Default Day Ride Brain Storming...

I live in So Cali... My group ride for 4/18 may be dissolving.
I need a backup plan.
Where to ride?

Brainstormimg:

Cajon Pass - Baldy Mesa at 34.332402, -117.477906

Cajon Pass - Millers Canyon at 34.270765, -117.289792

ClegHorn Trail at 34.299327, -117.456604

Rubidoux at 34.018572, -117.468604
This is not a "Real Ride Area" but a local goof off spot

hmmmmm. Anybody have any other ideas?
Please add them

I'll have the KLX but my buddy may have a Dual sport But we may have a wrench in the system as one friend my have an ATV...

Any and all ideas welcome. Please include the Staging area Lat/Long if you can from google maps. If you drag the pointer off the road and right click "Get Directions from here" it will give you Lat and Longitude.
Pretty Cool.

Thanks!

These look like cool areas to ride.

34° 13' 19.53" N 117° 45' 18.56" W Glendora Ridge Road.

Nice 10km loop just north of La Verne. (Red trail.)

The Glendora mountain roads are full of "touge" morons, so it's best to stay off of those mountains if you can help it. The only reason I ever go up there is to go shooting at the range up top.

Your local knowledge is better than mine as I'm the other side of the equator.
Looks like some kick *** terrain north of La Verne though.

Glendora Ridge Road (GRR) is very nice. BR88 is right, there are definately maniacs up there too.

I do a simalar hunt for these places to ride via google maps. Good tool. I have tried above LaVerne. It is a ritz-y area and I have noticed that the rich have more money for fence and gates. I hate gates. The whole neighborhood is gated.

Thanks for the search. I tried your method. I took a random area outside of Tulsa OK... It was random... Wow, it looked cool over there. Lots of Trees and Rivers everywhere.

I Bet Oz is beautiful to ride too. As is everywhere else.

Thans for looking around and it got to to look over by Etawanda. Does anybody know if that continues up into the mountians. Or do they have fence money now too.

Cool. Skip the B-Day Party and Ride!!!

Maybe we can get three bikes in the bed ( your dad's included) and the quad on the trailer and go over by Cajon Pass / Millers Canyon on Saturday.

Or we can just throw everthing in the Enclosed Trailer and go. It is so easy to load the enclosed

The party isn't going to start until later at night, so I should be able to ride.
