D606 120/90-18......dealer says it won't work
A guy here at work has a new set of D606's from another bike he has sold. Never been on a bike, just never got around to putting them on.
The sizes are 120/90-18 and 90/90-21. I can pick them up for $75 for the pair.
I've read on here about people running the D606's and these seem to be the sizes closest to the stock of the KLX..........will these work?
My dealer says they will not. Anyone know for sure?

the thread title says 18" in your post it says 19" rear. Im guessing they are 18" yes they will work. Did the dealer say why? Dont go there anymore. People have run 130 width tires. 120-90 will work. 120- tire width 90, how high the sidewall is and the last number is the diameter of the wheel.

I ran a Pirelli MT 21 130/90R-18 last summer. It fit fine, but I probably wouldn't get one again due to width and mass. It's the one in the center below.

Bought the tires.......they're in the truck. For $75 I didn't think I would go wrong........unless they hadn't fit.
I think I'm gonna pick up a set of dirt tires and throw them on the bike........I think the MT 16 will do fine.....and they don't break the bank. I really don't ride the klx on the rode that much.......Ill just fire up the vstrom for the pavement.
