I am going to keep it short and sweet. This place gets an A++++ for customer service and I love their Tusk Brand. I have ordered tires,rim locks,tire irons chains, sprockets, handlebars, hand guards and grips, had two small issues basically packaging, lost some stuff out bottom of box. Which they resolved and had missing parts too me in two days after one phone call. And they said they will be talking to the shipping department to resolve the problem. Same deal for me, had $260 worth of bike parts ordered and the box was destroyed to the point that UPS notified me that they found what was left of the box and there was nothing in it. 1 E-mail to RMATV and they overnighted my parts no problem. On another order they had called after I placed it to verify that I was ordering the correct parts as I didn't specify a bike when I ordered my shorty clutch.

I have been dealing with RMATV for about 4 years now and i prolly could buy another KLX with how much i've spent there and they are definatley one of the finest in the business.yes the customer service is A++++ for sure.

They are my new "go to" parts supplier. Super fast shipping, great prices and they do not rape you on shipping charges. In fact, I not only have thier Tusk risers and fork gators, but I am about to put on my new Primary Drive chain I ordered from them. Really great outfit.

They're just up the road from my house, they have a showroom where they put out all the returned and close-out merchandise, I regularly swing in and shop the deals, real nice folks.
