Default Crankase klx250-cilinder 300cc

Greetings to all klx!
Could anyone tell me if the crankcase of the klx250-2009-cylinder 300cc (292cc) tolerate without being cut off?

Is that in this description says: Crankcase machining is required.
http://japan.webike.net/products/2111236.html

That fact has left me pensive and confused ... ..

Hard to believe a sleeved cylinder like that would need the crankcase opening enlarged to accept it. The Bill Blue 351 is a sleeved cylinder, and it drops in directly into all later model...at least '06 and later...KLX250's. I don't know what year model was the last 250 that required the crankcase to be trimmed to accept the KLX300 cylinder, but it was quite awhile back. Your '09 should be fine.

Looking at the link I think what they meant to say was "cylinder machining required". The kit doesn't show a cylinder, just the sleeve.

That would make more sense.

Be careful with the web bike English site, it isn't translated very well. Japanese site is here XRfS ONLY ƒGƒbƒNƒXƒA[ƒ‹ƒYƒIƒ“ƒŠ[ PERFORMANCE FORGED PISTONSi’b‘¢ƒsƒXƒgƒ“ƒLƒbƒgj KAWASAKI KLX250R—p | ƒoƒCƒN—p•i’ʔ̂ȂçWebikeyƒEƒFƒrƒbƒNz‚Ö

Japanese site says crankcase machining is NOT necessary.

※スリーブの交換が必要です。クランクケースの加工は不要です。

Run that through a translator

Thank you very much for that detail of the translation.
I also thought it would be a mistake in print.
Thank you all, you are about craks!

Borishan, what does the site say about the cylinder needing to be machined for the sleeve? Anything?

No details just the sleeve needs to be changed, and as the sleeve is bigger than the original it can be assumed machining is necessary.
From the vendors website parts are:
Weiseco piston WE03-0250
Bore 78mm
Displacement 292cc
Compression 11:1
Uses OEM head gasket (probably KLX300)

Vendor is Marukawa racing MARUKAWA RACING

Difficult to navigate but from that link, on the top left click on "Net Catalog" (not my spelling), then click "Enzine". You should be able to see many engine parts.
