Corbin Seat for 09'-10'
#2
You talking about this one? http://www.corbin.com/kawasaki/kklx250f.shtml
Looks pretty good. Let us know what you think of it if you do get one. It's the first aftermarket seat for the 09-10 model KLX250 that I've seen.

Corbin doesn't have all that good reputation for quality or customer service.
For about the same money I would much rather get a very nice custom seat from Renazco:

I just ordered the Corbin through a local distributor (at a better price than list). They said it would take a few weeks to build. I'll report back on it when I get it.
I'm looking for something with at least 7.5 inches width...which is the distance between most person's Ischial Tuberosities. I don't care if it's hard, soft, or in between, as long as it is wide enough. This is coming from someone that can ride a bicycle over 100 miles at a time on those tiny seats...the key is, the rear of the seat is...you guessed it...7.5 inches wide, so the "sit-bones" are appropriately positioned. The stock seat is too narrow for anyone other than children...or, for those with abnormally situated IT's.

Yeah, I'll be eagerly watching this for feedback too. I'll definitely be putting a new seat on mine over the winter. As soon as the snow flies I'll be ordering something, especially if I go for Renazco, which seems to have long lead times.
