I use the Battery Tender brand made by Deltran. Go to Battery Tender.Com and it shows the various styles and output capacities. The hookup goes directly to the terminals on the battery and has a oneway plug at the other end.

3 huh? wow, a heatwave. it was minus 20 here in Des Moines lastnight- actual temp that is.warming up now, it's 15. I wouldn't even attempt to start my bike right now. Something would crack if it would even turn over.

I bought an Energizer brand battery tender at Walmart for 20bucks. It came with a pigtail that connects directly to the battery posts. The pigtail and tender have plugs for an easy connection. It also came with a cigarette lighter plug and an alligator clip connector so you can connect it however you want.
