Ok. Why have I read all of the forum and I still can't figure out which jet kit, needle, and spring I need for the Big Gun Evo X on my 2006 KLX250S? Can anyone let me know exactly what I should buy? Thanks.

nobodys jetting is exactly the same, all of ours are close... if you want to buy a jet kit just get the one for the klx300, or you can look in this thread and find the actual part #'s to buy the specific parts. I dont believe any has changed the spring, its usually main jet, pilot jet, needle, and adjust the a/f screw.

My first post... I've seen a couple of peops asking for a part number for a 45 tooth rear sprocket, no answer given. Does anyone have one?

Thanks, Matt

Hey Matty welcome to the forum man, glad you found us. I have the 45 tooth but I don't remember the part number, but at the very beginning of our section, there is a thread for commonly used part numbers, here is the link. Again welcome, looking forward to getting to know you.

Rear sprockets off the KLX300 will fit, get the p/n off the kawasaki website. I hope that's right since I just quoted from Mav in Australia.[8D]
