Clutch Safety Switch Replacement
I snapped my micro-switch when swapping levers. I fixed it and forgot about it.
time passes
me complaining, "Why do I have to be in neutral to start my bike"? A bit of troubleshooting later I find the switch pin is gone. Ordered a new one.
learn from my way of error.

I agree. I tried a number of jumpers, from different points, but none worked. I Googled and Youtube a few searches, to no avail.

Disappointing, the new switch changed nothing. it still must be in neutral to start. Maybe it's a bad new switch, I hope to test it this weekend. and/or come up with a jumper solution as suggested.

I bypassed my safety's years ago, I can start mine in gear with the clutch lever in or out.

I want to be able to start in gear, with the clutch lever pulled in. As it stands, the bike must be in neutral, regardless of clutch lever position. Before and after replacing the switch, noting changed.
