Default Clay Mud and deep ruts Suck!!!!!

I went riding yesterday and nah I forgot my camera,,, anyway I was riding with quads and we went out this nice fast paced dirt trail it was fun, until we got to were there was nothing but clay mud... The clay would turn my tires into slicks and well it wasnt fun at all.. laid it down a couple of times but its all cool.. Then we came to the powerline riteaway. I was like ok this should be interesting,, There was a sign that said no ATV's only trucks.. Screw it we said and it was straight up and straight down and rocky as ****... anyways It was fun goin full throttle up these steep azz hills. Well goin down one side on one hill was pretty rocky and rutty. No problems goin up some of the others but this one was more narrow. Creepin down this rocky hill well sliding down this hill it was hella steep. got to the bottom and hammerd down to get up the steepest, ruttyest hill. I didnt want to do it at first but I said Fudge it. Cranked out, everythings goin good I get in a bad rut. I just hammerdown kickin it left and right finnally get out of the rut. OH ****. as soon as I get out of the rut I slam into a deep deep rut. DEAD STOP. Through the air I go lol... nothin major just some minor battle wonds on my arm and pretty sore today. The major problem was getting the bike out of the rut and back on it on this straight up and down hill. Im right at the halfway point. So I have no choice but to throttle walk it up this hill. Im to short and small to be getting on the bike pointing straight up and down,, And didnt want to start all over agian.. But when it was said and done. I didnt get hurt the bikes ok and yes it was a fun experiance.

Cool :-), sounds like a typical day of riding... Hate that inertia though, wish it was never invented...

i had about the same experience yesterday, first time i took the new bike off road and going up a water rutted hill, started losing balance navigating the rocks and went to put my foot down as the bike went, and all my foot found was the deep rut. nothing more that a bent brake leveler and a few scratchs but thats what i bought the bike for right.
