Clark Tank Installed Photo's
Gents:
Could someone please post some photo's of the Clarke Tank installed? I know there were some on the site in the past. I searched the forum and found what used to be the pics but none were active. I've found a good deal on a tank but would like to see it installed (refresh my memory as it's the first thing to go.....)before I order it.
Thanks

RE: Clark Tank Installed Photo's
Thanks Guys!
But, would anyone have a picture of a Black or Green tank? I really want to see how it looks with the mis-match of the shrouds. Thats one thing that seems to be an issue is how the tank does not seem to fit very well. Please correct me if I'm wrong..........[&o]
Thanks
Don

RE: Clark Tank Installed Photo's
No shroud mismatch. The tankis higher which causes theseat to ride high creating a gap between the bottom of the seat and top of the shrouds, whichyou can see in the photos.
The other issue is that the lobes on the each side of thetankdon't rest againstthe frame rails(there's a gap), sosome of the weight of the tankmight besupported by the the left and right bolts. I haven't heard any problems developing from this so far, but I would probably put something in there to fill the gap and provide support there as originally intended. Itlooks like the isn't any gap at the forward end near the head tube though, so I suppose the bolts aren't taxed too heavily.
