It has a chart and is a good primer on carb removal for this bike. But don't take all the recommendations in that thread as gospel. There are some errors and best carb settings vary from bike to bike, elevation, riding style, etc.

Re-jetting is a carburetor modification typically involving changing the fuel jets. E.g. replacing the stock main jet with a larger one.
