Actually it's quite interesting that everyone kind of shuns her because of the road rash. Guess it kind of goes to show ya' that even a pretty girl can be almost instantly transformed into something you would shun, just because she was not wearing her safety gear.
What would be your status if a similar situation happened to any of you?

I don't see how anyone could read her story and not think that could have happened to any one of us at some point in our lives. One bad decision when things go wrong, or many bad decisions that finally catch up to you - either way, I know I've been lucky in the past. I honestly feel fortunate that I somehow miraculously survived my youth. In spite of some pretty bad decisions.

im with brian, i consider my self lucky too,, some of the stuff i used to do when i was younger, kinda scary to think about now that i know better... lol... but blackpowder is still fun....
