Default Changing your timing?

Hey, haven't been on for some time, but was E-bay and saw a Programmable CDI Module for the KLX250s, has anyone posted anything on it or tried one yet?

I did post on it on this forum. Search for my posts of February and March.

In short, there ain't much power to gain by changing the timing advance on a stock 250cc bore. However our investigations were not very complete nor deeply done. I intend to report hopefully in May about some potential gain in fuel economy at part throttle, as well as power gain for big bores.

Other than that, I can tell the programmable cdi works reliably and flawlessly. It works even better than the stock one in some respects. Of course, given my relationship with this product, you all knew I would say something like this
