Default Ceramic coated my FMF Bomb & 2 Bro. M-7

I finally got my anodizing back from http://gruntbull.com/ and put together my silencer. I had the ugly gold changed to lime green, the only color to have IMO.

http://www.performancecoatings.com/index2.html coated the can in 1300* chromex and the exhaust with 2000* satin gray ice.

I had my v-twin 4 wheeler exhaust coated by them before with the same coatings. It cut back alot of heat coming of the exhaust, so I figured I would try it on my bike? It helps with scavening of exhaust and the 2000* satin grey doesn't loose its color like the chromex does on headers. I used the chromex on silencers before with no hazing like the headers do.

What do you think?

I can't mount it yet though. Not until I get my cylinder and piston back from Bill. I have 2 weeks vacation starting the 13th so I should have it up in running in that time, can't wait!

The better your bike looks the better it runs I say! Stay tuned more bling coming...

looks great - the perfect addition for the all-out 351 conversion!! do you mind sharing the cost for a ceramic coating on the header?

beats my grungy, heavy KLX300 setup!!

Thanks!
$83.61 with shipping was the total. The header and rear pipe were $45 and the silencer $25. Just a header alone would be cheaper. Give them a call and ask for an estimate. Brad is who I have dealt with, he is good people! I sent my stuff out from PA on a monday and got it back by the following monday from CA. That's what I call service!

Badass. Thats the way to customize something. Make sure you post up some pics when it's on the bike.

Very, very cool! I've got a few parts for my Mustang that could use annodizing. I just had a 9" rear-end housing, drums and backing plates powder coated at Absolute Powder Coating, and they did a great job.

Thanks guys.

Great looking rear end Mustang. Did I just type that? Well you know what I mean...

I have lots to do to the bike in the next few weeks, hope everything falls into place?

Head is getting ported by John at http://www.cycleproracing.com/

Should be a totally different machine compared to stock with the BB, porting, larger carb and full exhaust!

After its up and running I plan on getting it on the dyno here http://www.vforcejohn.com/

Should be a blast, can't wait!

I will post as I go.
