Angry Carburetor Slide.. Im really angry now!! Plz reply

Hey people =)

When I was drilling my carburetor slide, by mistake I used the bigger drill bit in the Dynojet kit.. So now after some people on here and thumpertalk told me the safer thing to do is re fill that hole and re-drill it (I have a small acceleration bog too).. I just finished re filling the hole with Moose Racing Quick Steel Epoxy which is a putty... I was wondering whether I should re-drill that very hole or completely forget that hole and drill a new one.?..?

Re-Drilling that is better right?

Btw here are some pics of my Slide Waiting to be drilled and fitted back on tommorow..

Drill out the hole you filled. 7/64" will do it.
Tip. Start smaller and work up to 7/64".

it doesnt matter where it is.... all it does is let air through..... so as long as there is a hole the correct size your good to go.

Will the drill bit specifically provided for slide in the dynojet kit work?

I just check and the one I used by mistake is a 5/32 and the correct one is a 32.. Is this correct? I dont understand this way of measuring the drill bits.. Could someone please explain? Over here the way we measure drill bits is by Millimeters.. How many MM is a 7'64" drill bit?

Heres a link which should help

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Drill_b...nversion_Table

I still cant understand though :S

So that means the 32" drill bit in the dynojet kit is 0.794mm according to your link? Thats like much smaller than the 7/64".. Do you think I should buy a 2.8mm drill bit? How come dynojet gives such a small drill bit?

I just read around more and came to the understanding that the 32 is a #32 which is a tad bigger than the 7/64".. Its 2.9mm.. And the 5/32 is a 3.9mm.. I drilled with a drill bit a whole 1mm bigger lol.. So I will get back to you guys tommorow.. After I drill it and fit it.. Thank you so much WestOzKlx and EMS!!! I really really appreciate it!
