First, get some Liquid Wrench or some other type of thread breaker and spray those things down. Next get the socket version of the allen wrench and use a ratchet to remove it. You can also use this type of allen wrench so you can strike it to loosen up the tension on the threads. So insert it with out the ratchet attaced and hit/tap it with a hammer.

+1 on this technique. If a bold doesn't come out easy at first turn, I give it a little tighten, then back it out.
