can stiffer rear rebound minimize nosedive when braking?

It is uncanny.
Maybe you could be a scrutineer?
I'm the opposite.
I can't see things that are right in front of me, and I'm looking for it.
I won't say what my "leader of the opposition" calls me.
Lets put it this way, when she finds something in 1 minute when I looked for it for an hour and completely messed the place up whilst doing it, well, it isn't a compliment.

Crested a hill, saw the turn, going too fast, got startled, locked 'em up, and that was it. YES, I smelled something after I got up, maybe gas from my carb or something already on the road. You can definitely see something there on the asphalt, and I think it contributed to the spill because I'm normally a safe and alert rider.
And those damn front springs....

I figured there must be more to it otherwise why would you buy different springs?
Spacers still have there place but not as a replacement for soft springs.

Kind of.
If you are close, there's nothing wrong with the spacers.
The rate does not change, but the compression force does, and for me (and probably most of us here) that's fine.
I won't be running the national championship with my KLX, at least not this year
