Cam Tensioner O-Ring - Did I loose It?!??

Cam Tensioner O-Ring - Did I loose It?!??
I'm putting my bike back together after checking the valves, and I ran across something strange - Mycam tensionerdoesn't look like the diagram in the manual or on the Kawasaki Parts Diagram site, which shows an o-ring (Ref #670) that I don't have.
My spring is longer and thinner, and the washer (Ref #92022) is larger and fits over the center bolt (Ref # 92153) just like on the oil drain plug ... not as the diagram shows.
Has anyone else noticed this as well, or should there be another o-ring, and I just lost it?!??

RE: Cam Tensioner O-Ring - Did I loose It?!??
I was a little confused by this too, because the manual only talks about one cam chain tensioner... But there are two.
There's a large bolt just below the cam chain tensioner we all know (the one with two small and one large bolt).
The large bolt below that also has a big spring behind it, and also applies pressure to the cam chain guide. I call this the "lower cam chain tensioner" although it's mysteriously absent from my service manual.
Sorry - I can't remember about the o-rings, but yes, it looks like a good place for an o-ring to me!
There isn't much (any) oil pressure behind it though... Just the odd splash/spray from the cam chain.

SO THATS WHY IT WAS SO HAD TO REMOVE THE CAMS!!!! I didn't know there was yet another cam chain tensioner. Well I figured it out after the cam chain slider flipped forward after I lifted the cams out of the journals. YYY.guy, the part you are thinking of is I believe the bolt thats still in the upper assembly in the picture.

Yep, Josh, that's it ... I thought the missing o-ring (#670) and bolt (#92153) was an explosion of the cam tensioner assembly (#12048), but its the LOWER tensioner.
The spring, washer and bolt that gets removed when checking your valves is not shown in this diagram.
Well, that's a relief ... thanks guys!!!
