noise was there before i checked the valves, did not remove the cams.... oil is good, cam chain tensioner has been off, i reinstalled it correctly. and the noise is gettin worse... no offense in the dumb questions... hell i cant think of what it could be, ill take all the crazy questions just to try to figure it out... i cant even take a WAG at what it is....ill be putting the stock pipe on, and going back to the dealer... with the stock pipe tht noise is gonna be really loud......

Not to mention the bike will not run too well with that boat anchor of an exhaust system.
I wouldn't bother swapping it. They would have to be total firckin morons to deny a warranty claim because of that.
