They have smaller duration : 250 at 0 play or 220 something at 0.050 . The original cams are 264 and 260 .
They have more lift .
They have exactly the same timing because they are regrinds of Kawi cams ( loaded and then regrinded )
If they were new cams there would not be any talk about cores .

Timing, duration, and lift could all be greater than the original if they hard weld enough material to the stock cam.

Trust me guys, I'm in the camshaft business. I know a little bit about it.
IGNORE advertised duration numbers. They mean NOTHING.

Duration at .050" is the important one, and the stockers are 211. If the advertised durations were measured the same, then the web cam grind is a better grind. More at .050", and less advertised is a better cam.

I trust factual data. Without that, I consider information as opinion. Sorry, it's my technical background.

People like you is why I hardly post on here.

There is a good thread here all about cams, cam options, and the stock cams. You should read it. You might learn something.

Allright , let´s all try to get along here , maybe the cam duration data posted on webcam´s site isn´t true and maybe they load the cams enough so they can retime them . Untill someone actually tries them both it´s all gossip .
At the moment I´m not concerned with more power or torque on my bike , I´m happy with 25,5 HP and 2,4 Kg·m . My biggest concern right now is the seat , my rear end can only take about 1 hour of road riding or 2 off road on it .
But let´s not stray from the subject :
Does anybody know if I can have custom made cams ( my specs ) and where ?

OK...now that post link was some pretty good stuff there. Some of it actually made sense. It didn't make sense on the comparison we were assuming initially on the stock cam data vs. the Web Cams. Now it does. Thanks for the link to that discussion. ZM, I wouldn't get too concerned about differences of opinion always being personal in a case like this. As you even mention on that other post, camshaft science is like black magic to most people, and even knowledgeable folk can get the wrong impression. Nothing wrong with a good discussion. This one is very illuminating.

Finally, some actual cam data on post #119 and a link to more cam data:

Camshafts

That's all I was asking for!

Which pretty much backs up what I was telling you.
