Where do you guys get yours? Any good deals?

Auto zone comes with o ring for the cover

I never thought about the auto parts store carrying them! For my cars I have always used OEM on the filter. I was thinking along those lines for the bike too.

Walmart and Advance Auto sell the Fram filters for our bikes

I buy bulk packs for the KL and DR from ProCycle. Very good supplier.

I got a re-useable SS filter for $25 off e-bay. BTW,what is up with that spring between the filter and the engine? I had to glue the spring onto the filter to get it to position itself correctly.

If you bend the bottom coil and make it fit tightly into the motor where the 4 pieces of metal stick out. It will stay in the motor. Did it years ago and havent touched it since.

I buy oil filters 3-5 at a time off of ebay for the KLX and the KLR.
