I'd certainly think it would fit, but I cannot promise anything. There's very little difference that I know of from '09 - '12 years. And also very little mechanical difference between '06 to '09.

My guess is that it will fit. The KLX 250s is the only KLX 250 made all the way to 2009. Different locations in the world do get different versions of the KLX though, so that may be an issue. What brand clutch did you buy and what is the model number? I just installed an EBC Dirtracer clutch model DRC-212 in my American KLX 250s (2007)

Just remember that the clutch springs in the kit aren't even as strong as the factory springs. They lasted about three rides with the big bore kit, then required a switch to barnett springs.
