I like to be personal, so the more info the better. I have bought two rides online and as mentioned above, I ask a lot of questions before even thinking about the ride. One mans "Gold Mine" could be anothers' disaster.

I bought 3 KLX's within a year off of ebay. One was exactly as described and the other two were better. I also bought a Harley for my GF's boss which I thought was rougher than described but he was happy with it.
I'll admit I was VERY nervous since I am 8000miles from the sellers and by the time the bike arives the transaction is probably too old to dispute but the amount of money I saved over buying local was worth the risk. The two new KLX250sf's I bought were combined including shipping $1000 less than one new one.
