Boggin/Hesitation just off idle (at low revs)

Hi guys
For the last week or so I've been noticing my bike is just a little hesitant at very low revs - almost like it's choking a little when I blip the throttle. I can only assume it's "choking", but it may also be an indication of a dirty carb or something else. Any suggestions?
My present thinking is that it has warmed up quite a lot the last couple of weeks, and with warmer temps the air is less dense so my air/fuel setting may not be a bit rich. So I am thinking of turning the A/F screw half a turn and seeing what happens. I haven't put my kouba screw in yet, so it's going to mean loosening the clamps and tilting the carb to do that.
Just on the topic though, does anyone actually change their jetting between Summer and Winter to accomodate changes in air density because of the temperature? Or is that a bit drastic?

You can try and mess with that screw and see if it helps, if not you may need to pull the carb and clean the pilot circuit especially inside. Where I live I ride from 10 degrees f to 100 degrees f and never bother the jetting and have no problems.

If its in the last week I would suspect fuel first. Then dirt in the carb, add some fuel (injector) cleaner like STP or TECH TRON.
Air filter clean?
I doubt its rich. Its probably lean when you crack the throttle. Check spark plug just to be sure.

I agree with linkin on the jetting issue. Summers here at over 100F and some rides in winter at just above freezing, I've never experienced a need for jetting changes. Warmup in really cold temps is longer, of course, but that's it. Even with elevation changes from 1500' to over 13000', the CV carb does an amazing job of compensating. I can't imagine you need a jetting change just based on temps unless the jetting was already off the mark.
