Default Bikemaster turn signal connector issue

I ordered some Bikemaster turn signals online for my bike. The connectors on the Bikemaster turn signals are too big to fit in the bike's wiring harness. Is there a way to manipulate the Bikemaster connector to fit into the smaller wiring harness connector without having to buy a new, smaller connector? I'm bad with electronics so any help is appreciated... thanks.

Just plat the bare wires and add a drop of solder. Add some shrink wrap before you join them, then shrink it down when you're done.

I had the same issue with my after market indicators.

Soldering is OK and gives you the most reliable joint.
No good if you want to be able to quickly remove the indicators.

With the large bullet connectors you may be able to crimp them up with a set of pliers. That what i did.
There is a split in the metal.
Squeeze one side of the split inwards and the squeeze the other side over it.
Be gentle and do it bit by bit until they will squeeze up inside the smaller female end.
The female end can also be opened up a bit.

After not being able to buy the small connectors anywhere, I cut them off and crimped on the large connectors to fit the ones that came with the blinkers

That's what I was doing earlier with some crimpers but I stopped because I thought I might ruin the connector. Thanks!

I would have cut both wires and crimped on new flat spade clips. Never had a problem.
