Dude I have been following your fiasco with this shop from the beginning and I gotta give you a lot of credit. A lesser man would have gone totally postal on them by now.

Everything happens for a reason. There is something bigger than just my bike here... im being tested, and its testing my patience and anger. and teaching me to control myself. Ya know i realize that even new things are broke. I just happen to get a new broke bike. i understand that, and i can deal with that. What pisses me off, and frustrates me is the morons at the shop, there is no excuse for that. Im perfectly ok with the bike breaking, it sucks that it just happen tobe my bike but nothing i can do about it. But if it has to go back its not going there... so ill call kawi and see if i can take it to this other dealer. He is not a kawi dealer, but has raced kawi since 1980 so he knows what he is doing. So ill see if kawi will let me take it there. Thanks for all your support guys, i think if there is anyone that can appreciate me and my situation and problems its you guys.

In a very busy shop, I can see it happeneing because Techs can be put under tremendous pressure to crank out repairs quickly. I made a mistake one time as a Honda technician (Aotomobiles). I busted a ring installing the number 3 piston and it smoked and used oil. I honed the Cylinder a bit and reringed just that cylinder and it never came back again except for routine maintenance. If you mess up you gotta fix it! If this guy has proper time to spend on your bike, then there's no excuse for mistakes or Skipping Oil changes and charging you for them.
