That pretty much sums it up. The bike can be put through many of different types of riding and it runs strong.

I have 12,000 miles on mine and 75% of those miles are high rev (6500-7500 RPM's) highway commuting miles. The bike doesn't skip a beat.

Ride on...

I'm at 2 years, and if I have any complaints, it's that the bike is just too heavy.
Other than that, it always goes, never complains, and is surprisingly good on the trails and single track.

The weight problem is something I'm gonna try and tackle this off-season. But yeah it does really well off road for a piggy.

Bike is heavy, but rides/feels light.
It is hard to explain why. My previous 200cc bike was 35lbs less, but was "heavier".
The KLX handle bars are taller (I raised mine 2 more inches) are higher, giving me more leverage to pick the bike up.
I cant explain why it rides lighter though.

most bikes i have seen by ours (real bikes, like ktms and such, not a tw200) have higher ground clearance, but i dont get hung up a lot, so im ok with that. i think thats why our bikes "feel" light.
personaly, i love this bike. over 12k miles, and the only time it has seen a shop is when it need valves of the forks done (valves done twice, forks once). its really surprising the way i ride, i may not rev it a lot, but i thought i would have blown the shocks a lot more than i have for sure. the one thing that REALLY makes this bike for me though, is i think ill still be having fun on it when i pay it off in three and a half years. now only if my rents let me get that turbo miata i saw before my civic.
(and for kxdmike, if obama was really socialist, karl marx would turn in his grave. remember what mussolini said, "fascism should more appropriately be called corporatism because it is a merger of state and corporate power", now kids, what do we see in america.)
