I broke my clutch lever on my 09 klx250sf (along with my left mirror and left turn signal)
anyone have a replacement clutch lever?? or know where I can get one? all I find are for prior years up to 2000... what's with that?
maybe a cheap aftermarket clutch is in order.....

you looking for the lever or the pearch. Levers are cheep enough and you should buy two while your at it. Or get a set of barkbusters. If your looking for the pearch I have a 2006/7 model that I would sell you for $25 shipped. But be forwarned the mirror mount is smaller than the 2009

Just an update, DRC now makes replacement short levers for klx250 2008 and up.
Wheeling Cycle Supply - KLX250 Specials | Accessories
got the short clutch on, just a tad bit shorter than stock (maybe 1 inch?), fits great.

I tend to break levers frequently. Mostly due to steep hills. There is one hill in particular that always gets at least one of us in the group every time we hit it with-out fail.
Anyway levers are about $10 at Kawasaki and I always have a spare, but a while ago I got sick of buying new one’s just because I snapped the ball off so I started drilling a small hole (roughly 15mm deep) in the end of the lever where the ball has snapped off. I then grab a screw roughly the same diameter of the hole and about 25mm long, then use the screw like a tap, screwing it in until there is about 10mm of the screw + the head sticking out. Once this is done I grab some of that epoxy putty stuff and mould it around the screw and form a ball. Once it’s set I sand it down a little and it’s good to go.
I haven’t bought a new lever for about 12 months as I just repair them each time I break the home made ball off.
Here are some bad quality pics of a repaired lever….
