From the reports I have read about the BG I wouldn't touch one seems they are junk which falls apart in no time and zero after sales service

there may have been some systems in the past posted on the internet that had problems, but from the pics that I've seen, the damage looks like it was somewhat sustained from crashes and then just taken further to look like the pipe failed. I've yet to read about any KLX BG system having any type of problem whatsoever. Sure, a vibrated bolt lost here and there and a couple bad cs events, but that's common with any company. I had a BG, and it was perfect. The new ones are stainless so no potential rust problems if you don't wash off the mud and muck. People love to bash BG exhausts, but show me a KLX BG system with problems other than a few surface rust spots; it can't be done because for the most part as with any exhaust, there have been no problems. and fyi, the BG makes the most posted horsepower on the KLX per this site and the dyno graphs posted on it. The Muzzy is second, barely.

Yup, me too.

You cannot give away a BigGun for a ktm 640 adv for exactly those reasons. People actually make fun of it....like its a bad thing or sumthin.

The klx Big Gun seems fine to me ... although I would be concerned with longevity.

i have the evo BG... ceramic coated steel.. this is a model that is no longer available. its solid as a rock in the durability department.. well made also.. my one and only gripe with it is the coating is not enough to keep the steel from rusting. the new models are stainless steel so i wouldn't worry about longevity with the updated pipes. as a sidenote, BG's are loud but they sound badass.

I don't think you could do bad with either the muzzy or BG. I personally would have got the muzzy if I didn't find the BG so cheap.
