yea deej i took them all... remember i was tellin u about my camera... canon powershot A400... this was just an open track day, they werent actually racin, sport bikes or super moto... just an open track to run around... so there werent any umbrella girls... i think me my wife and my friend were the only spectators.... every one else there was racing or with people who were racing.... it was a blast, for sure going back... keepin my eye on the beaver run schedule now... there also was cars doing auto cross.... that was cool.

hey guys, i was just looking at this..supermoto convert and its saying that you can take the stock wheels and mount super moto tires on the stock wheels... so why does it seem like everyone is sayin that you need different wheels to super moto? but i could see the want for 2 sets... one for dirt one for asphalt, but do you have to get new wheels? just wondering

Personally, I don't need to get supermoto wheels. It's really a matter of laziness in a way. I would rather change out the whole wheel set than change the tires. And with the way I keep pinching tubes, I would rather not have to go thru 2 tubes per wheel each time I changed tires.

Also, there is a bigger selection of street tires in the 17 inch wheel size than there is in the 21 and 19 inch wheel size.

I really havent priced them yet since I will probably have to use the stock hubs, or at least the front one so that I can use the speedometer. But, my local shop has had complete wheel sets (w/o tires, sprocket or discs) for a CRF450 for about 500 bucks for the pair. These had the excel rims and some kind of aftermarket hubs, so I am figuring around that price. I think some one her quoted just the rim by itself can be found for around a hundred bucks a pop.
