Default bent shift lever club

sign me up, seems like very other ride. Glad they're made out of 2nd and 3rd chance metal

I used the search function and find I'm not alone. Will pick up a spare and ziptie it on somewhere, which usually means I'll never need it

Try cabling it to the frame along with the brake lever. Someone on here did it and posted photos.

Took me several tries with the search function to find it

Cant hurt.

i joined the club last night and i wasn't even riding! had the bike on a bucket while i was changing a flat, and went in the backyard to get something, when I came back to the garage, the bike was on its side, the bucket had collapsed, which was odd.

Anyway, the worst part was I had borrowed my neighorbors pressure washer to clean a boat, and the bike fell on that (which saved the bike), but did a number on the washer.
so now i am searching the internet for replacement parts for that :-(

count me in. bent the first one within 40 miles on the odometer. it was pointing strait up, pretty hard to ride that way

I moved mine up 2 notches on the splines.
1, it allows my big herman munster feet under it better,
2 when I fall, its up out of the way
So far so good.

That's my thread with the home made jobbies. Home made is cheap, but RMATV sells them already made up for $4-$5 ish. I think they will help, but I haven't actually tested one under fire yet.
