I run Renthal Ricky Carmichael Signatures on mine. I love the bend.

My Pro-Taper KX High bars have taken a beating recently and came through it all in good shape. If I had factory bars on, I would have had a very long walk in rough terrain back to the pickup.

I am looking for new bars. I have been using tied downs and I am startng to make grooves in the bars. This cant be good.

I am used to the stock bend but I am tall (6-2) and I'd like be be able to stand up straighter - said another lesss leaning over to reach the grips.

Does that mean I want more height in the bar bend like CR High Bend?
Or does that mean I want risers?

I have exaggerated the "A" but you get the idea. If this is what high bend means this is not my goal. Any insight would be great. thanks.

Has anybody had the stock bars off and measured them?
Width, Height and pull back?

Does height get you more

I tried to measure the stock bars when I was searching for replacements, but it was too difficult to get a true reading. The best way woulda been to remove them and clamp them to a bench or something and measure from there with large calipers. I also went with pro-tapers in a CR high bend...they seem a tad higher than stock, but not much...maybe a half-inch. Good bars and fair price.

sorry for double posting, but you may also want to consider risers to give you the height you want....

+100 on Tusk!
got mine from RockyMountianATV, got the CR high bend. Great price! You could bend up a couple Tusk's for the price of one set of Renthals.

I run Renthal 7/8 Carmichael bend bars, they also have an extra bend now so they need to be replaced.

I'm jumping into this late but not quite getting the info that I need. I just bought a new 2020 KLX250 and want to replace the bars before I add barkbusters. Can anybody tell me what aftermarkey bars are closest in size and shape to my stock bars? I do not want any problems with the cables. Or could you recommend a bar to work with the stock cables? Thanks!
