I never even went with the carb...not trying to say don't, but I weighed in at 255 when I did my 351 kit, and with the full fmf system with the powerbomb pipe, uni filter, and rejetting...the bike is awesome! Regretably I have it up for sale as I never find the time to use it and it still says 106 miles on the odometer....plus work is very slow....but back to the point..I just sent bill a money order also when I bought my kit and he was awesome!...I swear he had to have sent the parts before he got the check I had them so fast... You will love the bike after!

+1 again, I sent a bank check and cylinder. Received my kit one week later with postage back n forth included. I am happy with the result, my klx is a new bike!

You won't regret it, I have bought off Bill 4 times, only time I had a problem was with USPS not Bill (United States Postal Service that is)

Where you at Blueraven?

I can vouch for Bill too, got my 351 and carb with no issues. The bike has much more "authority"!

Do it!

I am on Brisbane southside, have sent an email, just waiting for his response.

I am reasonably mechanically minded and have rebuilt a two stroke or 3, but not too sure about attempting to fit the 351 kit myself. been quoted 4 hrs labour by 3 different mechanics, does that sound about right?

If I can do it, you can too! I had never, ever, ever, been remotely inside any engine in my life and it took me about 4 hours to do the swap. No problems at all. (knock on wood)

Yah BlueRaven - do it yourself, it's pretty easy if you follow the write-up and take your time.

Plus you'll learn a lot about your bike's mechanics and you'll be able to fix any problems in the future much easier

In the middle of installing my 351 kit and pumper too. Excellent transaction and a stand up guy! I called and talked to him before I ordered. We chatted about 45 minutes, got a quote and he answered all of my questions! Wish we had more business owners like him around...

I guess bill must be away for easter, is he normally pretty prompt with email replies? I emailed him on the first, no reply as yet. Am I better off just to call him?
