Bill writes out a hand written receipt. He put it in my box (I asked him for a reduced priced on receipt before he shipped) but every time I have crossed (just recently with my IMS 3.0gl, which you should look into also) they were fine with the emailed copy of the receipt. Just make sure he didn't put an original in the box as they can search the box also...

Start searching on eBay for a used pipe to....

Sorry but not following. Bill provided an original reciept and warranty reciept as well? What did you end up paying for tax?

He only provided the "warranty" receipt with the shipment... I guess I'm old school (and think Bill is also) that any needed actual warranty would be looked after... So my customs receipt was only 200$ (I think, can't remember now, and it was written as warranty work being returned). Customs didn't even bat an eye...

Perfect, thanks. I sent him an email and hopefully he did this already. My parts have already been shipped. If not I could get him to snail mail it to me. I definitely got the impression of him being old school when I talked to him on the phone.

Dash 8's jetting:
Pilot: 17.5, Main: 130, Needle jet: P4, Jet needle: 9EBY01-50 – clipped in 3rd from the top, Air Jet 0.9.

My Jetting:
Pilot: 17.5, Main: 130, Needle jet: P4, Jet needle: 9EBY01-50 – clipped in 3rd from the top, Air Jet 0.9,

This is the cookbook formula. I got this setup from Mustang. I think the bike runs fantastic.

I don't think the 1500 foot elevation will make much difference. I am at 550'.

Don't bother putting the CVK stock carb back in. Do it all at once. If you have it all apart, why not just do it then?

Can someone tell me what effect the air jet has? The carb that's being shipped to me has a 1.0 air jet but I see most are using .9 air jet.

I'm just finishing up the BB install and putting the carb on. When I took the bowl off the TM36 I notice that a 125 main was installed rather than the 130 that was in the description on the Niche Cycle website. Hmm, what to do? Might be to lean especially for a piston/cylinder break in.
