Bark Busters / Handguards Question

RE: Bark Busters / Handguards Question
Ok, that worked. Here's the story. I returned the Moose handguards and after some more shopping decided on the Acerbis Rally Pro guards. When I went to buy them, the saleman told me that he has the Cycra Probends and loves them. He said that they are better than the Acerbis because when you chew up the plastic, you can replace it w/ Cycra. After looking at the show room bike and discussing the project, he told me that if I was going to put out all the effort, I might as well put on some good handle bars. I ended up with Pro Taper bars, Renthal grips, Cycra guards and about $120 more than I planned on spending. He was aware of this and gave me 15% off, which was actually a better deal than the online stores, so I felt good about that. It was actually the first time I had been to this dealer and got a good deal (bought the bike elsewhere). I knew the sales person's brother though after talking to him, which probably helped to some extent. Nice guy all the same.

Oh yeah, I forgot to mention that the clutch seems a little different. I suppose it is normal since it isn't in the exact same spot as before. I guess I will just get used to it or try tinking some more?

I'm running the Acerbis dual sport hand guards with the turns, but poor lights and no bar through them. Not recommended. I think I would go with the Rally guards and install some narrower turns. You need that bar.
