Bar Risers with Stock Bars

I just bought a used KLX250s, my first dirt bike.
The seller included a set of unused 1" (I think) bar risers. I never asked him why he never put them on. I'm curious if I can put these risers on with the stock bars and have no issues with cabling, etc.
What say all you KLX experts? Can it be done, or must I change cables or get different bars?

You may need to re-route cables, particularly the clutch cable which is a little tighter. I have 1-inch risers on with non-stock bars, and when I turn the bar full to the left, the clutch lever is just a little 'funny' and I think it is pulling on the cable a little. ALWAYS check your controls full left and right after doing this before you hit the road or trail.
