Default AUS KLX250S Converted to SM with 17" want to Upgrade Brakes to 320mm

Hello,

Has anybody upgraded the brakes on the 2009 KLX250S/SF to use 320mm Brakes and Caliper.

I was hoping if they had what they used and what part numbers, etc

Looking to get

320mm Disk Rotor, Caliper, Stainless Steel Lines
and potentially a brake cylinder

Cheers

D.

I was considering a supermoto conversion for my 2007, but now I am leaning toward a 2009 KLX SF or a 2009 DR-Z SM due to the cost of the wheels, suspension changes and brake conversions.

I think this is the popular kit that some supermoto converts here have used:

Motofan, I was planning to do the same thing. Searching the forum here, it looks like the front rotor for a KLX 300 will work, you just have to make the mounting holes a bit larger, maybe with a drill press or a hand drill, if you're good like that. The EBC Supermoto Brake Kit, that testify4 linked to, comes with the caliper relocation bracket you'll need in order to adjust for the oversize rotor. I've found the kit at a few other sites and maybe a few bucks cheaper than motostrano.
