does klx250 '09 has it? all i see just electric cable that connect to somekind of push button that moves following lever movement...

It's really not needed for normal use. I installed one on by bike after installing a pumper carb and never really needed to use it. It's more for racing use when you take a spill and want to get the engine started as quickly as possible to get back into the race. That's why bikes like the KX250F have the function built-in. I'm pretty sure the YZ's and RM's have them as well.
Anyway, yeah the ASV perch includes a hot start lever in case the bike one installs it on has that function. If you don't, don't sweat it, you can still use the clutch funtion and have a functional, cool looking lever.

from the word "drilling" i know theres no use in me to do that but still thx for your info ...
asv lever sure looks cool, and yes eventough i only ride "easy to normal" offroad at the moment, sometimes im afraid will break the lever when falling down... but i could only afford asv f1, there's a discount for them, only $70.. yes i know im from indonesia where mx related discount is never happen LOL but 1 have friend that just happen will travel to san fransisco for a month so i wonder what things can be smuggle via my friend hehe..
