Looking for pics of a KLX250s with a green frame instead of the standard/OEM silver. Anyone paint your frame? Please share pics.

 

95 to 06 Kdx200/220's have a frame that is just about the same as a Klx. 95 to 02 the frames are green. May give you an idea of what it will look like.

THanks guys I've owned more than a dozen Kawasakis with green frames and know what the general idea is.

Hoping to see a 06 or 07 KLX250s with a green frame to see what the lines look like with 06/07 KLX250s plastic. Haven't been able to find one on the interwebs.

 

I was thinking too hard.. Just thought the Klx300 has a green frame.

 

klx300 and klx250s used different plastic. Mine is a 250s with a 300 cylinder, sorry for any confusion my sig caused. I've owned KX, KLX and KDX kawasakis with green frames just haven't seen a 2006 or 2007 KLX250S model repainted with green frame.

I have been looking at 06 300's and 06 250s's. They sure look the same. Sure no street equipment but what is different? Curious.

 

KLX300R is the dirt only machine.

KLX250S is a dualsport with completely different plastic including gas tank, radiator shrouds, seat, rear fender, front headlight assembly and shroud.

To a casual they will be the same bike.
