The problem is that it's from a KLX400, which is technically a Suzuki. But hey,I've even seen a blown 502 big-block shoe-horned into a Volkswagen Beetle, so anything is possible.

Is the 450 Kawi the same as the KLX400s? If so, I believe the coolant runs through the frame on these bikes (or is it the oil?) Anyway my friends DRZ400 has either the oil or coolant running through the frame..just a thought before u go yanking out the motor.

 

I'd be warry of purchasing from that seller. To my knowledge, there never was a DRZ450.

 

+1...... It looks like he punched it out to a 450. So I guess that why he is calling it a DRZ 450 motor.

 

if you read the auction it states that it is a 03 400 that has been bored to 450
