You know..... just pointing the compass north for a week or so??

August perhaps?

Anyone else consider such foolishness???
Hmmm...tell us more of this Amtrak auto-train you speak of...

It leaves out of Sanford, just north of Orlando...south end of the Ocala National Forest, every day around 4pm. It arrives on the outskirts of DC the next morning at 9 am. One way for you and your bike is like $200 and that includes dinner and an upgrade for sleeping accomadations.

Interested?

Hey Finger, Once on the rock klx would be excellent if you plan on running the trailway. Especially in the places where the stone is heaped up by atvs. Could be a handful with a bigger bike. maybe. But those long stretches on highway may be too much with klx. You could spend weeks exploring woods roads. might wanna gps! Ill be home july and aug. Hope to meet you and whoever else goes.

Stupid phone wont post quotes! . 40's normal summer? not correct. more like mid 70's. we do get scatter cool day along coast 65 but for most part its just right. As for ferries: you have two choices. both leave frrom north sydney, nova scotia. one goes to port aux basques(west coast) other goes to argentia(east coast) Oh yeah bring a camera. your just going to have to take a pic of your bike next to the town sign of *****!
